Strategic Planning Process 2022-2024
Excellence by Design: 2024-2029 was approved by the Illinois State University Board of Trustees on May 10, 2024. The strategic plan sets forth a vision for Illinois State over a five-year period through four strategic directions:
- Cultivate a Culture of Success and Belonging
- Foster a Culture of Responsible Stewardship
- Elevate Our Institutional Excellence
- Expand Mutually Beneficial Partnerships
Implementation has begun with the launch of teams charged to move the strategic plan into action with metrics to measure progress.
