Current Activities
The implementation stage recently begun with the launch of 16 action teams that are charged to develop actions and metrics in support of the goals and objectives within each of the four strategic directions:
- Cultivate a Culture of Success and Belonging
- Foster a Culture of Responsible Stewardship
- Elevate Our Institutional Excellence
- Expand Mutually Beneficial Partnerships
An Action Plan is currently being developed.
